You wouldn't know it from his stance, but this guy just got beat up on by the alpha-male. He may have lost the battle, however, his spirit is hardly dampened.

There were some ugly office buildings behind him, which I removed and replaced with the sky shot.

He is almost exactly square, so I could have gone vertical or horizontal, but I feel strongly that his pose demands hornizontal space... more than in the truncated version here. (see full version). This pose often follows or preceeds a battle, which always involves a lot of charging about. For more, check out the GANDER BATTLE image sequence.

I made a couple minor adjustments per critiques. I should have followed my instincts about the jpeg level (which was fuzzing the image) and the positioning of the gander.
